I want more information regarding the 30 day shred dvd from Jillian Michaels?
Wednesday, September 24th, 2008I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. I did level 1 and it was a hard but good workout. It is only 20 minutes long and I am used to working out longet than this. What i would like to know is if you are supposed to do this everyday or every other day? It has some strength training and usually you are supposed to wait at least 24 hours to work the same muscle group. If anyone has any insight I would love to hear it. Thanks.
