Hey i hava a question can i lose 7 to 8 percent of fat in two months of hard traning and good healty diet?

Yes it is possible.
BUT, and a big but, (so you don’t keep your big one ;]), be sure to eat healthy! Its so vital that you get all of the nourishment that you need. Do not skimp on the good stuff as you are likely burning it all off if you are training so vigorously. And also plenty of water.
And one more thing, don’t concentrate so much on the numbers. Use a measuring tape, and remember the pants you are wearing today. At the end of this you will see how different they fit. Scales and calibers don’t often give you the satisfaction you may expect.
And take my advice! Don’t get to goal and then start you old binging/no exercising ways! It won’t pile on at first but it does catch up. Your new metabolism will fool you if you let it!
