I am sick and there’s no way I can make it to the gym, what do I do?

I just came down with a really bad cold and there’s no way that I can go to the gym these next few days, although I have gone 3 days this week. I am working really hard to gain a few pounds of muscle and eliminate some fat this month, but is this cold going to tear it to shreds? As long as I watch what I eat very carefully, will I be ok?

Just keep eating a good amount of calories.
