Is the 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels) effective in losing the baby belly?

I am 16 weeks postpartum and have read mixed reviews on what needs to be done to lose the baby bulge. Something about working certain abdominal muscles can make your tummy look bigger rather than smaller. Anyone have any advice?

I don’t know what the 30 day shred is.
But if you are breast feeding then you really shouldn’t do anything drastic to what you are eating. You need to consume a variety of foods and a lot of calories in order to produce good breast milk.
So if you are Bfing then just add exercise to your routine, not a diet.

30 day shred is very good, cause it helps you tone … it should make you look smaller cause it has cardio workouts mixed in so it’ll help you lose max calories.
