Planning a Diet for the Spring and Summer, Any Suggestions?

Okay, so here is my plan.(Crash Diet=Bad)

Right now I am 5′8 190 lbs. And a bit overweight, but the thing is that i can feel muscle under the fat when I flex, but I want to loose some of the fat to show the muscle.

So in summary, I’m 190 lbs with muscle underneath some flab.

My plan for the spring and summer is to loose the weight from the fat and build muscle. I’m going to lay off all the sweets, fried foods, etc. I am going to eat moderate to small portioned meals 3 times a day. And very rarely indulge once a month at the most.

My excersize routine will consist of running/jogging/walking every day for at least 90 minutes.

About breakfast, will something like the shredded wheat with 1% milk work? And if I do about 30 minutes of Aerobic excersises before breakfast, will that help too?

Now what I want all you to do is read this all and tell me if this will be a good plan to take off weight, and build muscle. I also will be excersising with a friend to help.

    Sounds like a great plan. Breakfast sounds good. Since you are already going to be doing aerobic exercises (running/jogging/walking) maybe some abs before breakfast instead?. Good luck.
