I would suggest you concentrate on building the large muscle groups when you lift weights. Do not neglect the other muscles groups but be sure to emphasize the muscles of the hips, legs, back, and chest.

Also be sure to eat a nutritious balanced diet and include cardiovascular exercises in your fat burning plan.</description>
