5-11 195 pound male trying to get shredded?

I’ve gained an insane amount of mass over the past 6 months. It’s now time to start loosing and it’s goin good so far. I am starting to do cardio but only for 10 minutes, 3 times a week. I don’t want to loose strength. How can I get cut while maintaining my hard earned strength and muscle?

You should do cardio for an hour a day.

i do tae-kwon-doe, and i lost alot of weight, and i like it too. The place listed below has some info about martial arts. I designed the site. You can also do cardio kickboxing. If you live in the wisconsin area, i would try this place. See you there.
