How effective is weight training when trying to lose weight?
Thursday, June 18th, 2009I do a lot of cardio and fit in pilates or body scuplt class about 3 times a week. How effective is this to lose weight if i want to build some type of muscle to help speed up my metabolism? Should I also incorporate basic weight training to this plan to lose more weight or stick with pilates and body scuplt?

If I want to gain muscle and get ripped and shredded, whats the best way?
Sunday, January 18th, 2009Should i exercise and workout 5 times a week? how long if so should i exercise cause for the past 9 weeks or so i have been working out without any cardio, im gaining muscle slowly but it doesn’t seem to be too cut. What’s the best things to eat to get cut? Last thing i can think of is, is bulk then cut better then exercising while working out?
